- We specialize in ethnic and contemporary Indian clothing and accessories.
- All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, slight variations in color, texture, or embroidery may occur due to photographic lighting or screen settings.
- Availability of products is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order means you agree to purchase the selected product(s) for the listed price.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. This does not signify acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
- Payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (if applicable).
- For prepaid orders, payment must be received in full before shipment.
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across India through reliable courier partners.
- Dispatch usually takes 2–4 business days, and delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing or until the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, you must email us at info@samarthamtechnologies-com with your order details.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
7. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Non-returnable items include: custom-made clothing, discounted products, accessories like innerwear, and final sale items.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.
- If your order was COD, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund as per our refund policy.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website—including designs, logos, images, text, graphics, and product photography—is the intellectual property of Samartham Technologies and protected under Indian copyright laws.
