1. General Shipping Terms
- We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier partners.
- International shipping is available to selected countries (please check at checkout).
- All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Panchkula.
- The estimated delivery time depends on your location, product availability, and courier serviceability.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festivals, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3–6 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, courier issues, strikes, or government restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Within India:
- Free shipping may be offered above a minimum order value (e.g., ₹999).
- Orders below the minimum value may attract a nominal flat shipping fee (e.g., ₹100).
- International Orders:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your package on the courier partner’s website or through the tracking link provided.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
6. Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are made only during business hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- A signature or OTP may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave the package at a safe location.
- If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. International Shipping Policy
- We ship selected products internationally via reliable courier partners.
- Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country are to be borne by the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- International shipping timelines may vary from 10–20 business days.
8. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delays may occur due to:
- Natural calamities or extreme weather conditions
- Strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
- Courier network disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

- Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pincode entered during checkout are accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
- If an order is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.
10. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If your package is tampered with, damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package.
- We will investigate and, if eligible, arrange for replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
11. Multiple Shipments
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location.
- You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
12. Changes to Shipping Address
- Address change requests can be accepted only if the order has not been shipped.

- We are responsible for your order until it is handed over to the courier partner.
