This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order, the timelines involved, and the conditions under which refunds are processed. 1. General Cancellation Terms

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • This policy applies to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

2. Eligibility for Cancellation

An order may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

  1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
    • If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product/size.
    • If you entered incorrect address or contact details by mistake.
  2. Brand-Initiated Cancellation
    • If the product becomes unavailable or out of stock.
    • If we detect fraudulent activity or incomplete payment.
    • If delivery cannot be completed due to service restrictions in your area.

In such cases, we will notify you and initiate a refund where applicable.


3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your order:

  2. Provide your full name, registered email address/phone number, and order number.
  3. Our customer support team will verify your request and confirm cancellation.
  4. If the cancellation request meets the eligibility conditions, we will process it within 2 business days.

4. Timelines for Cancellation

  • Within 24 Hours of Order Placement
    Eligible for full cancellation and full refund (for prepaid orders).
  • After 24 Hours but Before Dispatch
    Cancellation may be accepted, but subject to approval by our support team. A small processing fee may be deducted.
  • After Dispatch/Shipping
    Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. In such cases, you may initiate a return request after delivery (refer to our Return & Refund Policy).

5. Cancellation for Prepaid Orders

  • If your prepaid order is cancelled within the allowed time, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days depending on your bank/payment gateway.
  • If a partial cancellation occurs (e.g., one item from a multi-item order), the refund will be processed only for the cancelled item(s).

6. Cancellation for COD Orders

  • Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facility for your future purchases.
  • If you refuse to accept a COD order at delivery, it will be marked as “Cancelled by Customer,” and your account may be flagged for fraudulent activity.

7. Product Unavailability & Automatic Cancellations

  • In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after you have placed the order.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you promptly via email/SMS.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded automatically within 7–10 business days.

8. Non-Cancellable Products

Certain items cannot be cancelled once an order is confirmed. These include:

  • Custom-made or tailored products
  • Limited edition or special sale items
  • Accessories such as innerwear, jewelry, or final clearance stock

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing orders for such items.


9. Refunds After Cancellation

  • Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).
  • Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and your bank. Typically, refunds are reflected within 7–10 business days.
  • In cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original method, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

10. Modification of Orders

  • Instead of cancelling, you may request modifications such as size changes, color changes, or address updates.
  • Such requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement by contacting our support team.
  • Modifications are subject to stock availability. If the requested changes are not possible, you may choose to cancel.

11. Responsibilities of Customers

  • Ensure that your order details, including size, color, and delivery address, are correct before placing the order.
  • Submit cancellation requests within the specified timelines.
  • Avoid misuse of the COD facility by placing and cancelling orders repeatedly.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • If we suspect fraudulent activity, bulk purchases for resale, or misuse of discount codes, we may cancel the order and restrict your future access to the website.
