For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Face masks and protective gear
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased under clearance, flash sales, or final sale sections
  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. Process for Returning a Product

If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes inspection.

5. Exchange Policy

Instead of a refund, you can opt for an exchange if:

  • The returned product passes inspection.

If the replacement product costs more, the difference must be paid before dispatch. If it costs less, the balance will be refunded.
